Beautiful farmhouse that has been completely restored and split into two large holiday apartments, one of which is set aside for the owner who
makes use of it only for certain periods throughout the year. The house is situated on one of the typical and gently rolling Tuscan hills approx. 15 km south
of the renowned Medieval town of Monte San Savino, famous for its abundance of craftsmen shops where antique furniture is restored. 5 km Lucignano (various
shops), 30 km Arezzo, 48 km Siena. Broad views overlooking the countryside. Peaceful position. The house is characterised not only by the excellent care given
to its grounds, but also by a pleasant 3-hole practise golf course (natural grass) and used exclusively by the guests and the owner. The two apartments are
quite independent from one another, indeed they each have their own outdoor area and both have separate entrances and car park. The swimming pool (12x5,
1-2.4 m deep) (1/6-30/9) with equipped sun terrace, is on a lawn to the side of the house and is shared with the owners when they are on site. Shared laundry
room (washing machine) is accessible on Wednesday mornings only when the personnel are on site.
Outbuilding (25 m2) Ground Floor: one-room apartment with double bed, double bed, kitchen corner (TV, 2 burners, sink), 1 bathroom with shower. Simple,
complete and functional furnishings.
Heating with wood-burning stove.
EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
Heating: Central (firewood) - Price: upon consumption.
Security deposit: Euro 150.
Final Cleaning: Euro 18 per person with a minimum of Euro 30.
Electricity is not included in the renting price. Payment according to consumption (Price abt. Euro 0,30 per 1KW). Gas according to consumption.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
