kmtennis and Montecaticani Terme (all kinds of shops), 10 km golf course, 30 km Lucca, 42 km Pisa, 50 km Florence and Versilia (beaches). The house is
surrounded by a property with woods, olive trees and natural meadows. Shared: large panoramic equipped terrace (table-tennis, barbecue) and swimming pool
(9x4.5) (15/5-15/10). Each apartment has a private equipped area. A few bikes are available. Refreshments and snacks offered to the guests upon

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
