that on one side face a typical courtyard paved with baglio stones. Situated 12 km from Ragusa and from the sea of Marina di Ragusa, one of the most pleasant
and well-organised seaside tourist destinations of the southwest cost of Sicily (sandy beaches, numerous restaurants, shops of all kinds). The area is
particularly rich in cultural sites such as the small city of Noto, renowned for its numerous examples of baroque Sicilian architecture, Modica, Camarina
(colony of Siracuse in 559 BC), the necropolis of Camarani and the ancient Ibla (Ragusa). View of the Ragusa countryside with typical carob trees and the
fantastic dry stone built walls. Peaceful position. Each house has its own private equipped outdoor area. The last 20 m of the access road to the house is a
dirt track.
Ground Floor: living room with fireplace and due divan beds, dining area with built in kitchen counter (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shoer. Access
from the living area onto the shared paved terrace, while there is access from the dining area onto a private equipped terrace (approx. 130 m2) that is
characterised by a pavement of stone bumps and a carob plant. First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room that is a passageway, WC (toilet and
washbasin), small terrace. Simple style furniture but complete and functional.
EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
Security deposit: Euro 300.
Final Cleaning: Euro 12 per person with a minimum of Euro 40.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
