of the town and the guests can go for beautiful walks throughout the hillside property of 4 ha with vineyards and poplar woods, where the owner's villa is also
located. Shared: equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (7x14) (10/5-30/9), changing rooms and facilities, laundry room (washing machine upon payment: 5
Euro/load). The LEPRI 5-7-10 apartments are accessed by a shared room with a fireplace and WC (washbasin). Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Reserved parking
space. Possibility of a cook for lunches/dinners. Baby-bed available (26 Euro/week)Central Heating.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
