transformed into a charming holiday home. The masseria is situated between the city of Ragusa and the sea (Marina di Ragusa), which are approx. 10 km away. It
is located in the typical countryside of the province of Ragusa, which is scattered with masserie of various dimensions and adorned with typical dry-stone
walls that flank the roads and divide the various properties. The sandy beaches may be reached in just a few minutes by car, while, the important centres such
as Noto, Camarina, Avola and the beautiful city of Syracuse may be reached in just an hour by car. The supermarket is just 8 km away. The masseria is
characterised by its large baglio, which is its internal courtyard that is very spacious and very well cared for in its particulars with charming walls,
stairways and a particularly valuable pavement. The courtyard, completely reserved for the guests' use, has an equipped garden and barbecue. Particularly
peaceful position. Broad view of the countryside. Possibility to rent the owner's rubber dinghy for excersions or water skiing.
Ground Floor: spacious kitchen/dining room (approx. 50 m2), living room (approx. 50 m2, TV) with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with WC (washbasin), 1
bathroom with shower. First Floor: 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom. Pleasant inside and original age-old farm equipment furnish most of the living
room walls. Table tennis in an outdoor room. Possibility nearby to purchase genuine local products, among which is the smoked cacio cavallo (a traditional
local cheese). Bikes are available for the guests. Possibility of a baby-bed on request. Very simple furniture.
EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
Security deposit: Euro 200.
Final Cleaning: Euro 15 per person with a minimum of Euro 65.
Electricity is not included in the renting price. Payment according to consumption (Price abt. Euro 0,30 per 1KW).

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
