foot of the medieval hamlet of Scarlino. Set in a hillside position and surrounded by olive groves, woods and vineyards, the guests can enjoy the peace and
quiet which this property offers as well as a very panoramic view of the countryside that reaches as far as the sea. 4 km from Gavorrano (all kinds of shops,
horse-riding, tennis), 8 km from the beaches of the gulf of Follonica and the tourist harbour of Puntone, 20 km Punta Ala (golf and tourist harbour) and Massa
Marittima, 40 km Piombino with embarkations for the Elba Isle and Corsica, 120 km Pisa (airport). In the spacious equipped outdoor area that surrounds the
apartments there is a large round stone swimming pool (12.5 m diameter) with an annexed jacuzzi and a children's pool. Barbecue. Shared laundry facilities. It
is possible to purchase organic wine and olive oil produced on the farm. In the centre of the farm is a shared room/hall and restaurant service on request. The
apartments have rustic-style furnishings with antique elements. Air conditioning.Central Heating. Baby-bed available.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
