A beautiful hillside house recently tastly restored and surrounded by a well kept garden which develops onto various levels. Apart from the
main apartment in which the owners live, there are two other apartments. The house is situated at the top of a hill which houses the town Asciano (300 m with
shops of all types) and the countryside also. The house is circa 25 km South-East of Siena, in one of the places most visited in the Sienese countryside, due
to the spectacular views of the hilly landscape. The last 20 km of the journey towards the house are particularly interesting, from the point of view of the
passenger. 10 km the beautiful Abbazia of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, 40 km the Lake Trasimeno. Panoramic views. Each apartment has a TV. Apart from private areas,
the local council have, together with the owners, created a lawn and a kidney shaped swimming pool, which is situated further down from the house. Shared
washing facilities with the owners. A train line passes a few meters from the house.
(40 m2) Gr. (Upper) Fl.: ditchen/diner with armchair corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. From living room, go down a few steps and you will find
a large equipped lawn, for guests use only. Gazebo, barbecue, hot/cold air-conditioner (upon request, Euro 35/week). Car entrance and private parking. Simple
furniture.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
