some period pieces too. Each apartment has satellite TV. Access along 900 m of dirt track road. On request: laundry and ironing service, babysitter, the
possiblity of organizing guided tours of museums and cities of art, fabric decorating laboratories and/or technical graphic labs, walking excursions in the
surrounding countryside or in the nearby mountains, to participate in the grape harvesting (September/October) and the harvesting of the olives with tour of
the pressing mill (November/December).Parking.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
