apartments. Set in the hills in a peaceful position with views over the Arno valley and over Pratomagno. 3 km food shops, 8 km Figline Valdarno (various
shops), 30 km Florence, 55 km Arezzo. The apartment CELLE 5 is located in an outbuilding, CELLE 2 is approx. 30 m from the lake, CELLE 3, 4, 6 and 7 are in
two farmhouses lower down and approx. 100 m from the pool and the lake. CELLE 8, 9 ,10, 11 and 12 are in a third farmhouse 200 m from the swimming pool and
have a communal equipped outdoor area. Shared: distinctive and large swimming-pool with an octagonal part with shallow water which slopes down to the deeper
end which is rectangular shaped (7x8) (open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.), a characteristic small lake which you can fish in, an adjacent equipped area with
sun-trap terrace and changing room with bathroom and showers, table tennis. Inside the complex a five-by-side field is available as well as a shared room which
can be used for lunches and meetings (on request). Public telephone near the manor house. 3 baby-beds available. It is possible to purchase organic wine and
olive oil produced on the farm. Access to the property along 2.5 km of dirt track road.Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central Heating.

Security deposit: Euro 150.
Final Cleaning: Euro 13 per person with a minimum of Euro 26.
Electricity is not included in the renting price. Payment according to consumption (Price abt. Euro 0,30 per 1KW). Gas according to consumption.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
