swimming pool (8x4) (15/5-30/9) in a very panoramic position. There is a small wood to the back. The villa and the annexes are tastefully furnished and all

Beside the villa (45 m2) Ground Floor: living/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All the rooms have access onto the
outside.

Prices are quoted on a weekly basis in US Dollars and include all taxes and service charges. Extra fees
may apply for electricity, heating, etc. as described in the "Other Expenses" section above. Also, the
security deposit is payable to the keyholder at the time of arrival in local currency only.
Cancellation and Changes...
Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
90 days or more prior arrival: 30% of total
89-29 days prior arrival: 50% of total
28-16 days prior arrival: 90% of total
15-0 days prior arrival or "no shows": 100% of total
